How We Met
We met in the winter of 2004 when they were both working at the Bloomingdale's Mall at 900 N. Michigan in Chicago. Brian visited Leslie's frame shop to purchase his mother a gift for Christmas. With her help he purchased two framed pictures of lighthouses. After returning from Christmas break he went back to visit her and tell her how much his mother loved the pictures. That same morning it had snowed heavily and he nearly had a head on collision with a van. After his tale of bravery and survival that morning Leslie proceeded to invite him to dinner and thus their first unofficial first date. Unannounced to her he had actually told his fellow co-workers that he was going to ask her out. After returning to his store with her number he actually claimed that he arranged the date. Two weeks later Brian brought her out on their first official date for dinner and a movie. The rest as they say was history...
